[iOS] Texture turns black after calling webCamTexture.Stop() on A6 chip and older devices
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download & open TestWebCam.zip
2. Build to iOS
3. When app opens, press OnCaptureButton
4. Allow Camera acess
5. Press OnTakeButton
Expected behaviour: the textures show an image from camera
Actual behaviour: the textures become black
Reproduced on: 5.5.4p1, 5.6.1p3, 2017.1.0b9, 2017.2.0a3
Reproduced with: iPad 2 (iOS 8.1.2), iPhone 4 (iOS 8.2), iPhone 5 (iOS 9.3.5)
Did not reproduce with: iPhone 6 Plus (iOS 8.0), iPad Mini 3 (iOS 9.3.5)
