[iOS] Starting app in Landscape produces few frames with incorrect orientation
Repro steps:
1) Create a project
2) Build and run on iOS11
3) Run while device is in landscape
4) Notice the broken frame just before splashscreen(if it's enabled)
repro'ed on trunk ant 2017.2/staging at least. should be repro everywhere
