[iOS] Social.ReportProgress is not working
To Reproduce:
1. Open and build the project GameCenterTest.zip.
2. Make sure that that everything is correctly set up for Game Center (AppID, iTunes Connect etc..) should work fine if you use the iTunes Connect app mentioned in the comment.
3. Run the App, after the authentication is successful observe that:
- LoadAchievements/LoadScores are working correctly.
- Click the "Report Score 5opt" button, the score is reported correctly and is visible in.
- Click any of the report achievement buttons above, observe that 'Social.ReportProgress' always fails.

What's strange is that I just released an Apple TV game using Unity 5.1.4b18 and achievements are working correctly. But now using Unity 5.2.2f1 achievements for the same game (universal iphone/ipad/apple tv) are not being reported in both iOS 8.1 and iOS 9.1

Achievements don't work at all on iOS. This is a major issue that is holding up development. It has been around for quite a long time now. Please fix this ASAP.
