[iOS] Previously changed scene flickers in the background on Mobile devices when HDR is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the “IN_70134”
2. In the Build Settings make sure iOS platform is selected
3. Build the project on the device
4. In the player press “Play” button
5. Observe the Player
Expected result: No flickering
Actual result: Flickering visible on the top, bottom and sides of the screen
Reproducible with: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.37f1
Couldn’t test with: 6000.010f1 (due to a black screen in the player after the splash screen)
Testing environment: macOS Sonoma 14.5 (M1), macOS 13.6.4 22G513 Darwin 22.6.0 (M1) (user reported)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested

Note:
- If no flickering is visible try closing the game by using the “x” button on the top right and then repeating steps 4 and 5
- Not reproducible if HDR is disabled in the “URP_Asset”
- Not reproducible on Android
- Couldn’t reproduce on macOS but the user mentioned is also reproducible on macOS Player
