[iOS] Player crashes at decode_alpha_selectors_etc when decoding crunched ETC texture
To reproduce:
1. Open project attached by the user
2. Build "TestScene" to iOS platform
3. Launch application on the device
Expected result: Applications starts successfully
Actual result: Application crashes on start
Reproduced with: 2017.3.0b9, 2017.3.0p3, 2018.1.0b4, 2018.2.0a1 (6667bd0fd681)
Not reproducible: 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0b8
Devices that reproduce the issue: iPhone 7+ iOS 11.1, iPhone 6+ iOS 8.0, iPhone X iOS 11.3, iPhone 7+ iOS 12.1.3
