[iOS][Notifications] Alert is not shown when notification doesn't have body on iOS 10 devices
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Make sure Mobile Notifications package is installed
3. Go to Notification Settings iOS tab and enable "Request Authorization on App Launch"
4. Build ManualTests scene on iOS
5. When scene is running press "SendNotificationNoBody" (it will send notification with Title and Subtitle, only Body is missing)
Result: You will hear only sound, there is no alert
Reproducible: 2019.3.0a3
Reproducible: iPad Mini 2 iOS 10.3.1, iPhone 6S Plus iOS 10.3.2
Not reproducible: iPhone XS iOS 12.2, iPhone 7 iOS 11.0.1
