[iOS] Normal map texture is much lower quality on iOS device than in editor
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project (normalmap_stripped.zip)
2. Open and play 'scene0' scene
3. Notice how the plane texture looks on editor
4. Build to iOS device
5. Compare the plane texture quality on the device and editor, notice the device looks quite worse (see attached screenshots)
