[iOS] Next camera is prevented from rendering in stack when preCommand buffer is used for post processing in main camera
Reproduction steps:
1. Download and open the attached "CommandBuffer" project
2. Build and deploy the project to iOS
3. Observe the red button
Expected result: The red button does not dissappear/flicker
Actual result: The red button keeps disappearing/flickering
Reproducible with: 2019.4.34f1, 2020.3.26f1, 2021.2.8f1, 2022.1.0b3, 2022.2.0a1
Reproduced with: iPhone 12 Pro (iOS 14.2.1), iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 15.0.0)
