[iOS][Metal] Shader renders skybox using Metal on iOS device
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project ("791835.zip")
2. Open "BugScene" scene
3. Notice how the mine has a "hole" caused by a shader
4. Make sure Graphics API is set to Metal
5. Build to iOS device
Actual behavior: notice that instead of hole there is a skybox instead
Expected behavior: in editor and in device it should look the same
