[iOS][Metal] Shader compilation error when using half3[]
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached 01_Project.zip project
2. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode to the device
Expected: The cube is yellow
Actual: The cube is pink
Reproducible with: 2018.4.24f1, 2020.2.0a15

- iPad 7th gen (iOS 13.2.2)
- iPhone 7 (iOS 12.3.1)
