[iOS] ListView is flickering when scrolling over the end
How to reproduce:
1. Open the ‘UI Sandbox.zip' project
2. Open the ‘SampleScene’ scene
3. Build for iOS
4. Open the “Unity-iPhone.xcodeproj“ in Xcode
5. Build to a device
6. Open the app
7. Scroll down in the ListView
8. Observe the ListView
Actual result: ListView glitches while scrolling
Expected result: ListView does not glitch while scrolling
Reproducible with: 6000.0.65f1, 6000.3.3f1 (ef04196de0d6), 6000.4.0b3, 6000.5.0a4
Reproducible on environment: macOS 26.1 (M1 Max)
Not reproducible on environment: No other environment tested
