[iOS][Editor] Lensflare effect edge has a visible part of the borderline
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached lens_flare_test.zip project
2. Inspect the Game View
3. Enter the Play Mode (The issue is better visible when the animation is playing)
Actual: Lens flare has graphical artifacts (see the photo attached)
Reproducible with:
- 2017.4.34f1, 2020.1.0a13
- Metal, OpenGLES, DirectX
- iPad 7th generation (iOS 13.2.2`), iPhone
Not reproducible with:
- Android or Standalones

- Reproduces on Editor with iOS platform only

Resolution Note (2020.1.X):
won't fix: PVRTC texture compression artifacts. Disabling texture compression removes the artifacts.
