[iOS] Launch Screen Type Image and Background (relative) and (constant) doesn't work on iPad Mini 2 (iOS 7.1)
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open Player Settings/Splash Image, notice the Launch Screen Type is set to 'Image and Background (relative size)' and fill percentage is set to 70
3. Build and run application on iPad Mini 2
4. Notice the launch image is shown in full screen (while it should be 70% in size)
Note: Same happens if you choose Image and Background (constant size) and set 'Size in Points' smaller than fullscreen. The splash screen is still shown in fullscreen.
