[iOS] Launch image is not respecting Fill percentage setting
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Go to File-> Build Settings-> Switch to iOS Platform
3. Go to the Player Settings->Settings for iOS-> iPhone Launch Screen
4. See that Fill percentage setting is set to 100
5. Build for iOS and deploy the Xcode project to the iOS device
6. Inspect that the Launch image is not taking the full screen
7. Go to Player Settings and set Fill percentage to something like 5
8. Build and deploy the project to the iOS device
9. Inspect that the Launch Screen size is the same
Actual: Launch image is not respecting Fill percentage setting
Reproducible with: 2019.1.7f1, 2019.2.0b6, 2019.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1, 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.2f1
Reproducible with:
iPhone 5s (iOS 9.3.3)
iPhone 8 Plus (iOS 12.1.2)
