[iOS] IOException is thrown when offset is not aligned to page size
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached "TestMMF" project
2. Build and run the project on iOS
3. Press the "Test MMF" button
4. Observe the application's screen
Expected outcome: No exceptions appear
Actual outcome: "System.IO.IOException: could not map file" exception appears
Reproduced with: 2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.18f1, 2023.2.0b16, 2023.3.0a11
Reproduced on: VLNQA00416 iPhone 13 Pro (iOS 16.1.1)

I spent 1-2 days debugging this issue for a client project, and was releived when I saw this ticket. Looking forward to the LTS backports.
