[iOS][GLES2] Texture with generated mipmaps causes a crash
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Build and run on iOS device
Result:crash
Note: using texture without generated mip maps, doesn't cause a crash
Reproducible: 2018.2.0a5, 2018.2.0b1
Not reproducible: 2018.1.0b13, 2018.2.0a1
