[iOS] "Embed Frameworks" Build Phase is duplicated when multiple frameworks are present in the Project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "embedTest.zip"
2. Build the Project for iOS
3. In the Xcode Project Observe the Build Phases tab of the Unity-iPhone Target
Expected result: No "Embed Frameworks" Phases with duplicate frameworks appear
Actual result: Multiple "Embed Framework" Phases with the same framework appear
Reproducible with: 2022.3.14f1, 2022.3.15f1, 2023.3.0a17
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.33f1, 2022.3.13f1, 2023.2.3f1
