[iOS][Deployment Management] Append doesn't work if build is in different folder than project
1. Create new project
2. Switch to iOS
3. Build to different folder than project like documents
4. Try to append
Note: Appending sometimes fails if built in another folder inside projects sub-directory like Project/another/build

There has been a regression as this issue still happens with v5.5.2f1
