[iOS][Metal] Crash on CreateBGRA32TextureFromCVTextureCache when launching an app



Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the project attached by the user ("RenderPluginBug")
2. Build the project in Unity
3. Run the project from xCode

Reproducible with: 2019.4.19f1, 2020.2.3f1, 2021.1.0a5
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.31f1, 2021.1.0a6, 2021.1.0b5, 2021.2.0a3

Reproducible with:
- iPad 9.7" 6th gen (14.3)
- iPad Air 2 (11.0.3)
- iPhone XR (13.4.1)
- iPhone 8 Plus (12.0)

Not reproducible with:
