[iOS] Can't input some Japanese characters
Reproduction Steps:
1. Open User's project
2. Build to iOS device
3. Tap input field
4. Select Japanese keyboard
5. Enter "h o s i" and change to ☆ or ★
6. Notice that it did not change
Expected: All of the custom characters should be supported.
Actual: Most but not all of the custom characters are supported.
Reproduced on: iPhone SE iOS 9.3, iPad Mini iOS 9.3.1, iPad Air 2 iOS 8.1
Reproduced in versions: Unity 5.3.4f1, 5.3.5p1, 5.3.5p4, 5.4.0b22
