Had the same problem, was able to fix it by UN-selecting the "Symlink Unity libraries" option.

Yes, I still see this problen in 5.1.1p3 with Xcode 6.4
Can someone tell me how to solve the build error ?
First, when I build from unity it gives me an error 64 -bit supposedly solved by changing the architecture. Then when i change the architecture, it Gives me about 71 errors of building

Status: Fixed in Unity 4.6.7?
The bug were spotted in 5.1.0f3, so that fix doesn't help it seems.
I still see this problen in 5.1.1p3
