[iOS] Background audio sources are stopped when launching an app with "Disable Unity Audio" checked
Reproduction steps:
1. Open attached project "Case_1286259"
2. Open "Edit -> Project Settings... -> Audio" and make sure "Disable Unity Audio" is checked
3. Play some music in the background on a device
4. Build and Deploy the app to a device while the music is playing
Expected result: Background audio continues playing
Actual result: Background audio gets stopped
Reproducible on: 2019.3.0a1, 2019.4.15f1, 2020.1.14f1, 2020.2.0b12, 2021.1.0a6
Not reproducible on: 2018.4.29f1, 2019.2.21f1

iPhone 6 (iOS 12.4.8)

Notes:
1. Not reproducible on macOS Standalone
2. Not reproducible on Android
3. After switching to the background audio source app and then back to the Unity app, the audio starts playing correctly in the background
