[iOS] Apps ignore UISupportedInterfaceOrientations when it is set in Info.plist
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "bug-xcode-supported-orientations.zip"
2. Build and Run the project on an iOS device
3. Rotate the device to a landscape position
Expected result: The Application does not rotate
Actual result: The Application rotates
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.28f1, 2021.2.11f1, 2022.1.0b7, 2022.2.0a4
