[iOS][Android] IMGUI buttons are not responding if NGUI elements are in the background
Steps to reproduce:
1. Import user provided package
2. Open "Example 12 - Chat Window" scene
2. Build & Run this scene to Android device
3. Tap on "Hello World"
4. Tap on any IMGUI button again
5. Notice that buttons do not respond
Expected result: IMGUI buttons should respond when tapped when NGUI elements are in the background
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0a5 2018.2.0f2, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.1.0a1
Not reproduced in: 2017.3.2f1, 2017.4.7f1
Regression since: 2018.1.0a1
