[iOS][Android] Camera shader is rendered below a sprite
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Play the scene
3. Click the game view and notice that the camera shader is rendered above the sprite
4. Build and Run
5. Touch the screen and notice that the camera shader is rendered below the sprite
