Investigate the jittery-ness of the Eye Rig on device
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a Projection Eye Rig
2. Add objects to the Eye Rig
3. Create a Video Layer using a Quad/Cylinder, have the video auto play and loop
4. Build and run to device
5. Observe that the objects of the Eye Rig is "jittering" while you move your head side to side.
Actual results: Objects on the Eye Rig layer jitters and do not hold still in their position
Expected results: Objects on the Eye Rig layer stay consistently in their designated position
