InvalidOperationException exception thrown by HDRP when running the project for an extended amount of time
How to reproduce:
1. Download and open the "Repro" project
2. Open "MainScene" scene
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press "Start Game"
5. Select any profile spot
6. Select the "Standard" game mode
7. After the game loads, press any button
8. Wait for 10-40 minutes
Expected outcome: No errors appear in the console window
Actual outcome: "InvalidOperationException: Trying to use a compute buffer" errors appear in the console window
Reproducible with: High Definition RP 14.0.8 (2022.3.1f1)
Could not test with: 2021.3, 2023.1, 2023.2, 2023.3 (The game won't start when upgrading/downgrading)
