"InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid." is thrown when NetworkVariable is declared public
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "NGOTutorial_Bug.zip"
2. Select SampleScene>HelloWorldManager in the Hierarchy window
3. Select Assets/Prefabs/Player.prefab in the Project window
Expected results: No errors are thrown in the Console window
Actual results: "InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid" is thrown
Reproducible with: 1.6.0 (2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.19f1, 2023.3.0a11)
Not reproducible with: 1.7.0 (2021.3.31f1, 2022.3.12f1, 2023.1.19f1, 2023.2.0b16, 2023.3.0a11)
Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
