"InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid." error is thrown when .pcache file contains a byte property type
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new URP/HDRP project
2. Install "Visual Effect Graph" package in the Package Manager (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Add the attached "test.pcache" file into the created project's Assets folder
4. Observe the Console log in the Editor
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Console log
Actual result: "InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid." error message is thrown in the Console log (Full error message in the edit)
Reproducible with: 4.1.0-preview (2018.4.27f1), 7.5.1 (2019.4.11f1), 9.0.0-preview.54 (2020.1.6f1), 10.0.0-preview.27 (2020.2.0b3)
