InvalidCastException is thrown with specific Layout when selecting anything in the Services tab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Load the user's provided Layout (Window -> Layouts -> Load Layout from File)
3. Open the Services tab (Window -> General -> Services)
4. Select any service
5. Inspect the Console window
Expected result: No errors are thrown
Actual result: "InvalidCastException: Specified cast is not valid." is thrown
Reproducible with: 2020.3.15f1, 2021.1.16f1, 2021.2.0b5, 2022.1.0a4
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.29f1 (Services tab is using a different UI)
