"Install" button incorrectly active in "Add modules" window when it should be inactive
*Steps to reproduce:*
#
## Install 6000.2.0b7 or any other version without the modules
## Go to the Build Profiles window and select any platform that needs module installation
## Install the selected module
## Don't restart the project
## Return to the Build Profiles window and click the same “Install with Unity Hub” button
## Verify that the "Add Modules" HUB modules window opens again, and the “Install” button is displayed as active
## Click it and observe the result
*Actual results:* The “Install” button is displayed as active
*Expected results:* The “Install” buttons should be disabled, as it is in the old HUB
*Reproducible with versions:* 3.13.0-beta.1
*Not reproducible with versions:* 3.12.1
*Can’t test with versions:* -
*Tested on (OS):* macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5, Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
