InspectorWindow repaint causes performance issues
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "Project.zip" project
2. In the Hierarchy select the "Mannequin Player" prefab
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Move the camera and the player around
Expected results: The camera moves smoothly
Actual results: The camera stutters
Reproducible with: 2019.4.23f1, 2020.3.4f1, 2021.1.3f1, 2021.2.0a13
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1
