Inspector Window provides no preview when .JSON file is selected
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project
2. In Project Window > select Assets > AppNavigator.json
Expected result: A preview is available
Actual result: No preview is available
Reproducible with: 2019.2.0f1, 2019.3.0a6
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.31f1, 2018.4.5f1, 2019.1.13f1, 2019.2.0a6
