Inspector window breaks if selected component has a missing script when saving scene
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new project
2. Create new script and attached it to game object in Hierarchy
3. Delete script in Project window
4. Select game object which now has a missing script
5. Save scene
6. Selecting different component fixes Inspector window
Expected results: Inspector window doesn't change when saving scene
Actual results: Inspector window breaks. Inspectors window padding/margin value changes.
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a2, 2018.1.0b9, 2018.1.0b6
Not reproducible with: 2017.3.1p2, 2017.2.2f1
