Inspector menu items move about slightly after clicking on them a few times while using HiDPI scaling
This requires a monitor with a resolution higher than 1080p
To reproduce:
1. Set your scaling option to something other than 100%
2. Open the user's attached project
3. Open the sample scene
4. Select "GameObject" in the Hierarchy
5. Click on each BalloonManager script component variables a few times
Expected result: The variables names stay in place
Actual result: The variables names twitch slightly after clicking on them
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0b10, 2018.2.10f1, 2018.3.0b1, 2018.3.0b4, 2019.1.0a2
Not reproduced with: 2017.4.12f1, 2018.2.0b9
