Inspector menu allows selection of actions (Lock, Properties, Ping) that can't be performed when nothing is selected
*Steps to reproduce:*
# Open any project.
# Ensure nothing is selected so that the Inspector is empty.
# Click the ⋮
# Try clicking menu options:
** Lock
** Properties
** Pin
*Actual results:* Nothing happens when you select these options because nothing is selected.
*Expected results:* These menu options should not be clickable if actions can't be performed due to having nothing selected - the options should be greyed out.
*Reproducible with versions:* 6000.0.18f1, 2022.3.44f1, 2021.3.43f1, 2021.2.0a1
*Tested on (OS):* Ubuntu 24.04
