Inspector debug "Duplicate" and "Delete" options don't work
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new material
2. Turn on inspector debug mode
3. Create more entries in "String Tag Map" array
4. Try to delete or duplicate them by pressing with the second mouse button on them and selecting options
Actual result: Nothing happens
Expected result: The entries are either deleted or duplicated
Tested and reproduced on:
Windows 10
Unity 5.3.3f1, 5.4.0b7
Note: Delete function works on Unity 5.2.2f1 and 5.1.4f1, but duplicate doesn't
