[Inspector] Debug mode doesn’t display correct tiling values for maps other than Albedo
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the available scene
3. Click the 'Cube' in scene view
4. In the Inspector tab, modify the material's Tiling settings
5. Open the Inspector Debug tab
6. Go to 'Saved Properties/Tex Envs/Element 5/Second' (locate the Albedo map 'tex')
7. Tiling settings should be similar to the ones in the Inspector
8. Open 'Element 0' where the Normal map 'nor' should be set
9. Notice the tiling settings do not resemble the ones in the Inspector
Note: Normal maps are tiled fine in the scene view
Note: All of the maps in Debug, except for Albedo, are part of this issue
Expected: Tiling Scale in Inspector Debug for all maps should resemble the one in Inspector
