[Inspector] Can't set scene fields to scenes which has the same name as parent folder
Steps to reproduce:
1) open attached project
2) open scene 'main'
3) select 'HudComponent' from hierarchy and lock inspector
4) drop both scenes from "Scenes" folder to "Game" folder
Expected: inspector values don't change
Actual: Game scene gets replaced
Reproduced: 5.2.4f1, 5.3.2f1, 5.4.0b3
