Inputting Japanese text and losing focus causes text to be duplicated when using Windows/Google IME
How to reproduce:
1. Have Japanese Google/Windows IME installed
2. Create/Open a Project
3. Rename a folder, Camera or anything else by inputting Hiragana or Katakana symbols.
4. Focus anything so the name change would be saved (if you press enter to save it, it doesn't reproduce)
Reproducible with: 2017.4.27f1, 2018.4.1f1, 2019.1.3f1, 2019.2.0b2, 2019.3.0a3
Actual results: text gets duplicated
Expected results: text should stay the same as it was inputted
Reproducible by renaming objects, folders, using Input field and etc.
