GUI.TextArea causes input string to duplicate itself with Japanease composition
Reproduction steps:
1. Set up Japanese language: https://www.google.co.jp/ime/
2. Download user's project and open in Unity
3. Open on-screen keyboard and select Japanese letters
4. Enter Play mode in Unity
5. Write letters into Game view Text area
6. Click anywhere on the side
Expected: after clicking the text should not change
Actual: after clicking text duplicates in the Text area
Reproduced on: 5.6.5p3; 2017.1.3p2; 2017.2.2p1; 2017.3.2f1; 2018.1.0b11; 2018.2.0a5
