InputSystem preview breaks compilation with 2018.3.0b6 and later Unity editor versions
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
Expected result: There should be no errors in the console
Actual result: There are errors shown in the console
Reproduced in: 2018.3.0b9, 2019.1.0a6
Note: It's fixed in 2018.3.0b10 and later versions.
