InputSystem 1D axis Composite Binding will return a incorrect value if minValue and maxValue is not -1 and 1
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Test2021.2.zip"
2. Open SampleScene
3. Click Play
4. Press the A and D buttons
5. Observe Console
Expected result: 1, 2, and 1.5 is printed to the Console
Actual result: -1, 1, and 1.5 is printed to the Console
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 - 1.1.0-preview.3 (2019.4.26f1, 2020.3.9f1, 2021.1.8f1, 2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with: 2018.4.34f1 (Input System not supported)
Note:
1. The midpoint value is returned correctly
