inputString reports 2 inputs for backspace in WebGL
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download and open the attached project
2. Build for WebGL
3. Type a few characters, then Backspace
Expected result: 1 character is deleted
Actual result: 2 characters are deleted
reproduced on 2017.1.3f1, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.3.0p1, 2018.1.0b2
Does not happen in editor or standalone
