[InputField][Caret]UI InputField component does not update caret position when the canvas is set to World Space
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open CanvasTest
3. Press play
4. Type text
5. Try to place caret on various characters
6. Notice that caret stays in stuck same position

so.. it says "by design".. Does it mean it was made like this intentionally? This is a very annoying bug for me too, i just can't use InputFields in world space because of this.. I'm using Unity 5.3 and this bug is still there. Are you even going to fix this?..
