InputEvent is triggered when using SetValueWithoutNotify
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “My project” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Click on the “Button” button
4. Observe the Console
Expected result: No logs appear
Actual result: “input event triggered” log appears
Reproducible with: 2022.1.0a16, 2022.1.17f1, 2022.2.0b3
Not reproducible with: 2021.3.11f1, 2022.1.0a15, 2022.2.0b4, 2022.2.0b10, 2023.1.0a12
Couldn’t test with: 2020.3.39f1 (Console errors)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
