InputDevices.deviceConnected and InputDevices.deviceDisconnected events are raised to all OpenXR Interaction Profiles when entering Play mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user attached project "OpenXRDeviceBug.zip"
2. Enter Play mode
3. Activate VR headset
4. Observe Console
Expected result: Events InputDevices.deviceConnected and InputDevices.deviceDisconnected are raised to only on used device
Actual result: Events InputDevices.deviceConnected and InputDevices.deviceDisconnected are raised to all OpenXR Interaction Profiles
Reproduced with: 1.8.0 (2023.2.0a20), 1.8.1 (2021.3.29f1, 2022.3.6f1, 2023.1.6f1, 2023.2.0b1)
Not reproduced with: 1.7.0 (2023.2.0a20)
Reproducible on: Windows 10
Note: Can’t reproduce on Player

We were not able to duplicate this behavior using OpenXR 1.8.2. Please upgrade to the latest package version. If this continues to reproduce for you, please let us know and we will investigate the issue again.
