Input Test: some keystroke tests fail
-e: the 'A' and 'ctrl shift A' fail
--works fine in 4.5.5
--tested so far in Chrome+FF on Win7 & OSX 10.8
-repro:
--open attached ManualRuntimeTest project
--click Tests > Run Manual Tests in Webplayer
--go through the tests
--NOTICE that pressing 'A' and 'Ctrl+Shift+A' don't work
--there are some others not working but those are old issues, see active cases
