[Input System] Sample Projects have missing script references
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "1190598" project
2. Select "UICanvas" and notice that it has a missing script reference
3. Select "Default Material Pallete" and notice that it has a missing script reference
Expected Result: No missing script references in Sample Projects
Actual Result: Missing script references in Sample Projects
Reproduced with: 2020.1.0a13, 2019.3.0b10, 2019.2.12f1, 2019.1.14f1
Did not reproduce on(No Sample Projects): 2018.4.13f1, 2017.4.34f1
