[Input System] Pressed key is not recognized in the Game window when using EditorApplication.update in Play Mode
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user’s attached “Input-Bug-Repro.zip” project
2. Enter Play Mode
3. Press the “space bar” key and observe the Console window
Expected result: “Input is being received” is printed
Actual result: Nothing is printed
Reproducible with: 1.1.1 (2020.3.45f1), 1.5.0 (2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.20f1, 2022.2.9f1, 2023.1.0b6, 2023.2.0a4), 1.8.3 (6000.0.3f1)
Not reproducible with: 1.0.2 (2020.3.45f1)
Reproduced on: macOS 13.2.1 (Intel), Windows 10
Notes:
Reproducible just in Play Mode
Not reproducible if the Game window isn’t focused
Not reproducible with other windows
